Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions – Desert Land Stable

First: Fees and Payment

Full service fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. However, the amount may be transferred to another service or rider.

The training session duration is 45 minutes.

Lessons for children under 7 years old are subject to the trainer’s evaluation based on the child’s attention and physical ability. Younger children may be stopped early for safety reasons.

The trainer has the right to end the lesson early if the rider loses focus or if it becomes unsafe to continue.

Second: Absence and Rescheduling

In case of bad weather, the lesson will be moved to an alternative area within the stable. Desert Land Stable is not responsible for road conditions.

Riders may cancel or reschedule their lesson via WhatsApp at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.

In cases of emergencies or illness, the rider must contact us directly to cancel and reschedule.

Third: Discipline

I commit to arriving on time, as lessons are strictly scheduled.

If a rider is more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered canceled without refund.

Late arrival does not extend the session time.

The maximum weight allowed for riding is 75 kg (up to 80 kg maximum for the valley trail) to ensure the horse’s safety.

Fourth: Trainers and Horses

Desert Land Stable reserves the right to substitute the trainer if they are unable to attend for any reason.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to disclose any health conditions before entering the riding area.

Horses are assigned based on riding level, and the trainer selects the most suitable horse for the rider.

The stable does not guarantee riding the same horse in every lesson.

Fifth: Riding Attire

Proper attire is required: athletic pants, shirt, and flat boots (no heel).

A helmet is mandatory and may be rented or purchased from the stable.

Gloves and protective vests are recommended, especially for children.

Sixth: Risks and Liability

I acknowledge the risks associated with horse riding as an activity that may involve injuries.

Acceptance of these terms is mandatory to benefit from the stable’s services.

I assume full responsibility for any injury that occurs during the activity, and Desert Land Stable and its trainers are released from any legal or medical liability.

I am fully responsible for my companions within the stable.

Desert Land Stable is not responsible for any injury or death—God forbid—resulting from the natural risks of riding.

Seventh: Lesson Policy

Each lesson lasts 45 minutes and includes: grooming, groundwork, riding, cool-down, and unsaddling.

Riders may arrive 15 minutes early to care for the horse if they wish.

The trainer is committed to teaching safety fundamentals and proper horse handling.

Eighth: Important Information

Parents are encouraged to observe their children’s lessons.

Do not disturb the trainer during sessions.

Children must not be distracted during lesson time.
